What’s your booking process?Booking with us is simple and stress-free, no matter the type of event! Here’s how it works: Reach out – Fill out our contact form or give us a call. We’ll discuss your event, your vision, and the services you need. Custom proposal – Based on the details of your event, we’ll create a personalized proposal with everything you need, including options and pricing. Secure your date – Once you're happy with the proposal, we’ll send over a contract and a non-refundable retainer to officially reserve your date. Event planning – After booking, we’ll collaborate with you on the details, from production timelines to entertainment elements, making sure everything is seamless. Event day execution – On the day of your event, we’ll take care of all the technical and creative aspects, so you can focus on enjoying the moment.

From weddings and private parties to corporate events and virtual productions, we offer custom-designed services that fit your vibe, your vision, and your crowd. What areas do you serve?We’re based in Greenville, South Carolina, and proudly serve events throughout the Upstate, as well as North Carolina and Georgia. Planning something a little farther out? Let’s talk—we love a good road trip when the fit is right!

Do you travel outside of your service areas?While we primarily serve the Upstate South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia areas, we’re always open to new opportunities! If your event is outside our regular service areas, just reach out—we’d love to discuss how we can make it happen, and we’ll work with you on travel details and any associated fees.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?We totally understand that things come up! If you need to reschedule, we’ll gladly work with you to find a new date. If you do need to cancel within 30 days of your event, you may qualify for a partial refund. Just a heads-up: retainers are non-refundable. If you have any questions, we’re just a message away!

How do I lock in my date? Is a deposit required?To officially secure your date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer. Once those are in place, your event is locked in and we're all yours! If you have any questions along the way, we’re here to help.

Can you accommodate last-minute bookings?We always do our best to be flexible and accommodate last-minute bookings, depending on availability. While booking early is always recommended, we understand that things come up, and we’re happy to see how we can make it work for you. Reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to bring your vision to life—even on short notice!

What payment methods do you accept?We accept a variety of payment methods to make things as easy as possible for you. You can pay via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or checks. If you have a preferred method, just let us know—we’re happy to work with you!
